Han pointed out that Violumas' flip-chip patents and thermal bonding technology can realize the most reliable deep UV LED products on the market. Violumas is working with chip manufacturers to create UV-C LEDs of different wavelengths (310nm, 280nm, 265nm) through its 3-chip flip-chip technology. In addition, by continuing to study UV-C LED packaging technology, Violumas also hopes to double the power of single-crystal and multi-crystal packaging UV-C LEDs this year. This technological breakthrough will give UV-C LED the opportunity to shine in more application fields in the future. Violumas has also launched lower-power UV-C LED products for diversified consumer market applications.
Han believes that 2020 will be full of opportunities for UV-C LED. As the market and brand awareness continue to expand, Violumas has begun negotiating with customers for cooperation opportunities in deep UV products, including high-flow, high-sulfur water purification applications, surface sterilization, food applications, consumer products, spectroscopy applications, agriculture, medical equipment, low-power and multi-wavelength biological analysis, etc. Violumas is also preparing to increase production capacity by the end of 2020 to respond to market demand.
