(hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Zhishan") recently signed the "Deep Ultraviolet Semiconductor Intelligent Sterilization Project Cooperation Agreement" in Shanghai. The parties decided to carry out all-round strategic cooperation in the field of deep ultraviolet semiconductor sterilization and disinfection industry, and reached a preliminary strategic cooperation intention.
According to the data, Zhishan Semiconductor is mainly engaged in research and development, manufacturing, trading, and equity investment. Shenzhen Zhishan's business scope includes technology research and development and sales of semiconductor optoelectronic devices; sales of semiconductor optoelectronic devices and application system products and related technical service consultation; sales of UV-LED light curing modules and equipment, UV-LED application technology research and development and application services, design, on-site installation and maintenance of light curing application systems; research, development and wholesale of semiconductor crystal thin film growth equipment and compound semiconductor optoelectronic products, as well as semiconductor crystal thin film material growth technology transfer, technical consulting, technical services; wholesale of mechanical and electrical products and spare parts, etc.
Mulinsen said that in order to seize the industrial opportunities of the rapid development of the deep ultraviolet semiconductor sterilization and disinfection industry, all parties have cooperated with Shenzhen Zhishan as the project subject to produce and promote deep ultraviolet intelligent sterilization and disinfection products.
According to the agreement, the project company is Shenzhen Zhishan, a designated company of Zhishan Semiconductor. The main business of the project company is deep ultraviolet semiconductor intelligent sterilization products and services. Taking into account the industry prospects, the research and development strength of the project company's technical team, technical reserves and market expansion capabilities, the two parties agreed that the post-investment valuation of the project is RMB 123 million. Mulinsen invested RMB 36.9 million to account for 30% of the equity of the project company after this capital increase.
Mulinsen said that the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhishan Semiconductor and Shenzhen Zhishan is in line with the company's development strategy. In the future, the two parties will cooperate on deep ultraviolet semiconductor intelligent sterilization products and services to further strengthen the company's diversity of upstream and downstream products, which will help accelerate the realization of the company's strategic layout, enhance the company's core competitiveness, and develop steadily.
According to reports, Mulinsen focuses on the research and development, production and sales of LED packaging and application series products. Products are widely used in household electronics, lighting, landscape lighting, traffic signals, flat panel displays and lighting projects. The main products include SMD LED, Lamp LED, and LED applications (including lighting products and others).
At the end of last year, the company revealed that 40% of the company's packaged lamp bead products are used for display and 60% for lighting. According to news in March, Mulinsen said that it currently has Mini LED-related product layout and technical reserves.
