UVLED has many advantages, as follows:
1、UVLED does not contain mercury and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
2、UVLED generates little heat overall and can light up instantly. Overall energy consumption is low.
3、The lifespan of UVLED can reach 20,000 to 30,000 hours, which is longer than mercury lamps.
4、The energy of UVLED is highly concentrated in a certain UV spectrum segment with effective curing effect, shortening the curing time to 0.5 to 5 seconds, and the curing time is fast.
5、UVLED emits high-purity 365nm monochromatic ultraviolet light. It is a cold light source and has no thermal radiation.; The temperature of the workpiece only rises by about 3 degrees, and the workpiece will not deform.
6、The UVLED's small size allows it to be easily integrated into automated assembly processes or used as a complete desktop system. In this way, the volume of the UVLED module is only 1/5 of the traditional curing machine.

Due to the above six characteristics, UVLED will cause a revolution in light sources in the UV curing industry. However, it is still difficult to promote UVLED on a large scale. Through the UVLED vacuum welding process, the void rate can be reduced to less than 3%, effectively improving the reliability of high-power UVLED welding. At the same time, by designing a heat dissipation substrate with water cooling, rapid and efficient heat dissipation also improves the long-term reliability of UV LEDs.
